Personalisation
Upload a clear vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG file where possible. A high-resolution transparent PNG may also be accepted. Fine details or very small lettering may need adjusting for embroidery, and a one-time digitising charge applies when we do not already hold an embroidery-ready version of your logo.

Production and returns
Small custom embroidered cap orders are normally completed within 1–2 business days after artwork approval and stock confirmation. Larger orders may take longer. Personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind; your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
