Production and returns
Small personalised orders are normally completed within 1–2 business days after artwork approval and stock confirmation. Larger orders may take longer. Personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind; your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
