Each cap is embroidered in-house by OKTshirt in Birmingham and can be ordered for individual designs, small product launches or larger repeat runs.

Embroidery and artwork
The recommended maximum embroidery area is approximately 12cm × 6cm on the front and 8cm × 3.5cm on the rear. Final sizing depends on the shape and detail of your logo. Upload AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF or a high-resolution transparent PNG. A one-time digitising charge applies when an embroidery-ready file is not already held.
This cap is water-resistant rather than waterproof. Product and thread colours may vary slightly with screen settings, lighting and production batches.
Care instructions
- Hand wash using a mild detergent
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean
- Reshape carefully while damp
- Dry naturally, preferably flat
- Avoid aggressive scrubbing over the embroidery
Production and returns
Small personalised cap orders are usually completed within 1–2 business days after artwork approval and stock confirmation. Contact OKTshirt before ordering against an urgent deadline or for a tailored bulk quotation. Personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind; your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
